Building your project with our VirtualCSR™
What is the VirtualCSR™?

Our VirtualCSR™ is designed to guide you through the process of determining the proper specifications for your project.

Using a step-by-step method, the VirtualCSR™ will ask questions about your project and offer detailed descriptions and photos regarding all the available options.

Once your specs have been determined, you'll be guided through the processes of documenting your content, downloading graphic templates if necessary, and providing billing and shipping information.

Finally, you'll get a checklist to aid in gathering all the materials to send to Raintree.

You'll be able to save your progress at any time and come back later to continue working on your project.

Creating A New Project

Click 'Create New Project' to build a new project using our VirtualCSR™ program. If you are familiar with CD/DVD manufacturing terminology and are simply looking for a price quote, you may want to try our QuickQuote™ method instead.

Resuming A Project

Enter your Project ID number below and click 'Search' to access and continue building your previously created project.

Tracking Your Project

If you've already sent your project to Raintree, enter your Project ID number below and click 'Track' to check on its progress.

Reprints of Previous Orders

If you've already produced a project with Raintree and would like to see current pricing for a re-order, enter your Project ID number below and click 'Reprints'.

Once you've determined how many additional reprints you'll need, call our toll-free number to place your re-order.
