USA Shipping and Delivery

Free Shipping over $30 within the US, this does not apply to wholesale orders nor to Bulk Herbs for which we charge cost price shipping to that portion of the order.

We have a dedicated fulfilment service for USA - your item will ship from Iowa within the USA so there will be no delays or customs issues. Please note that most orders ship within 24 hours and unless they are placed before 10am PST we can not ship the order the same day, therefore your order may ship on the next working day and the estimated delivery timeframe should be extended by an extra day.

UK Shipping and Delivery

UK Standard delivery, normally 2 - 5 working days.

UK Priority Service £6 - please enquire. normally 1 to 2 working days.

International Shipping - we ship regularly to all other countries

CUSTOMS - We understand the needs of our customers and will always handle customs declarations so that there is less chance of delay and problems.

Brazil Shipping - we ship regularly to Brazil but please note:

Economy - 25 to 30 working days. From $7
USPS Priority - 14 to 16 working days. From $37
USPS Express - 10 days. From $64

Prices vary depending on the size of the order, for an exact quote add the items to your cart and proceed to the shipping options page on our website.

International delivery by Economy mail can take 2 - 6 weeks depending on your country's mail system efficiency, regulations and Customs departments.

We ship orders promptly; most delays are caused by Customs inspections and slow processing at the destination country.

If you opt for international economy shipping (outside of Europe and USA) then please be prepared to wait between 2 - 6 weeks for your country's mail and customs systems to process and deliver your parcel.

Refunds and Returns

You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 7 days after your products have been delivered. Please state should state your order number and give the reason for your return. If you wish to cancel your order after we have despatched it, then you must return the items to us at the address we will give you upon request. The products should be returned in good condition and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a trackable delivery service. You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product container but your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will remain intact.
